TSM Spy Hood as Hat-Hair

This one has been converted as an accessory before, but I prefer hat-hair for parts that I can’t fit hair under anyway.

Three recolourable channels: Outside, inside, seam

Enabled for male/female, teen-elder, everyday, formal, career, firefighting and outerwear. Found under Hat Hair 🙂

Smooth bone assignment, so it moves with the head.
