This is one of Demyx’s hit animations and yes, he is apparently taking the time to properly re-tune his sitar even when he’s in the middle of getting bludgeoned by an oversized key.

If I hadn’t come across this while playing around with a KH2 model viewer, I probably would never have realized this animation even existed – gotta admire whoever programmed it in while probably knowing full well that most players would be too busy with actually beating Demyx to notice it.
