Reason #345 why 358/2 days should have been a full game: Axel and Roxas’ casual dialogue is just flat out hilarious… this being one of many sarcastic/witty remarks by Axel that never made it into the ‘movie’
i know every time i post caps from days I always say ‘should have been in the movie lol’ but seriously
incidents like this were a big contributor to Roxas’s disillusionment and the reason he didn’t trust Axel at all by the time he left the Organization (it’s kind of a big deal that he says ‘no one would miss me’ and chooses to leave on his own rather than invite or involve Axel at all)
also Days is basically the story of Axel trying to juggle multiple friendships and being such a fuck-up that he ruins literally all of them
i can’t decide what my favorite part of this exchange is
the fact that roxas is naturally salty enough to talk shit about coworkers at the tender age of 3 months…the fact that axel is only “pretty sure” demyx even has a job…or the fact that, according to xion, demyx spends most of his time playing his sitar even while out on missions
this is why i can’t take seriously any fandom interpretation of the org as like….scary or functional, maybe they started that way someday long ago, but in this day and age it’s basically a cross between Office Space and a cult, no fucking wonder they got nothing done for 10+ years (Via: @skypillar)
