she learns he’s a sith lord, but that’s not enough. the dark side isn’t illegal, and if she’s going to take him down, she’s doing it right.

imagine padme hacking into palpatine’s personal database – because if there’s one weakness that’s universal for old men, it’s technology. she reads palpatines plans, his journals, the early designs for the vader suit – so many fucked up, horrible things.

but the worst, the hardest things to read, are his notes on anakin. on how to corrupt him, how to break him, how easy and swift it will be – how total the subjugation –

and she flips. there’s not a force in the galaxy that can stop her from putting a laserbolt between palpatine’s eyes.
